Studio Guidelines
At Kattymooneyes, we are committed to providing the highest quality of service and ensuring a relaxing, safe, and professional environment for all our clients. Please review our studio policies before your appointment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen, so please communicate with us as soon as possible.
Late Arrivals
Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we have adequate time to provide you with the best service, and a late fee may apply.
Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your service for any reason, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do everything we can to address your concerns and ensure you are happy with the results.
Health & Safety
We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards. All tools are sterilized between clients, and single-use items are disposed of immediately. If you have any allergies or medical conditions, please inform your aesthetician before your service begins.
