Our Policy
What You Need to Know
Your card on file allows us to uphold our cancellation, no-show, and tardiness policies fairly for every client.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the booked service.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Extreme Tardiness
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled service and a partial fee.

Your card details are stored securely. We never see or store your full card number.
